(a) All the ground heretofore acquired and belonging to the city and located approximately one mile west of the city and containing in all, approximately 38.7 acres, is hereby named and hereinafter referred to as Lake Harveyville.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the lake unless duly licensed as provided herein.
(c) All yearly licenses to fish shall expire on December 31st of each year. Licenses may be obtained by applying to the city clerk or members of the city council and paying the following fees:
(1) Residents of the city and users connected to the Harveyville water system -$5.
(2) All other fishing permits -$10.
(d) All city fishing licenses may be obtained after giving proof of possession of a valid State of Kansas fishing license from the city clerk or any member of the city council.
(e) Any person 70 years of age or older shall not be required to purchase such license, and any person under 16 years of age shall not be required to purchase such license.
(f) It shall be unlawful to commit any act of depredation of any kind which will pollute the lake and refuse, garbage, rubbish or waste of any kind shall not be thrown in the lake, or on the lake premises, nor shall there be any swimming or wading in the lake, nor any boats with other than electric motors not to exceed five horsepower.
(g) Firearms and hunting of any and all kinds are prohibited.
(h) Persons under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
(i) No cars, trucks or any vehicle shall be permitted on any of the lake property, except the spillway and the area north of the lake dam. No exceptions.
